Our History : The determination to better align vision with human and financial resources prompted Marie-Flore Wekoue-Poulsen and her associates to create Elite Construction in New York in 2011. Having worked as a finance professional for over 15 years, Marie-Flore Wekoue-Poulsen have Helped secured hundreds of millions dollars for large international construction projects and so brought in the aspect of construction finance structuring that ameliorates the clients’ investment style. Elite is created out of the need to have a construction company that understand what reliability and accountability means. Elite construction believes in actively listening to the client, striving at delivering sustainable programs allowing each client to fully take advantage of the local resources and successfully navigate through constraints.
